Polyester Film Thermal Class: B – 130°C
Polyester Film is a plastic material obtained by the condensation between ethylene-glycol and terephtalic acid. It had superior electrical and mechanical properties. Widely used as slot insulation for motors it is also an excellent insulating material for general purposes in all those application where high electrical resistance is required.
This material is UL approved.

Nomex paper T410 Thermal Class C – 220°C
Type 410 is a calendered insulation paper which offers high inherent dielectric strength, mechanical toughness, flexibility and resilience. NOMEX® Type 410 is the original form of NOMEX® paper, and is widely used in a majority of electrical equipment applications. Available in 12 thicknesses (0.05 to 0.76 mm) (2 to 30 mil), NOMEX® type 410 is used in almost every known electrical sheet insulation application.
It can resist at temperature as high as 300°C degrees and its max operative temperature is 220°C.This material is UL approved.

Nomex/Polyester/Nomex Thermal Class: H – 180 °C
Nomex/Polyester Thermal Class: F – 155 °C

Obtained from the lamination of Nomex paper with a polyester film. The resulting material joins the high electrical and mechanical performances of polyester film to the exceptional thermal characteristics of Nomex paper. Widely used as slot insulation, for electrical transformers or bobbins.

Dacron /Poliestere/Dacron e Dacron/Poliestere Classe termica F 155C
Ottenuto dallaccoppiamneto di un film di poliestere con uno o due strati di un tessuto non tessuto di poliestere. Il materiale viene poi saturato con una resina in classe H per elevarne le caratteristiche termiche. Disponibile, a richiesta, anche un versione non satura.
